Assessment Process for ADHD in Adults

The Four-Part Assessment Process

Here's what you can expect during the assessment:

  1. Initial Questionnaires and Rating Scales
    Before your assessment appointments, we will send you a rating scales that can be conveniently completed using your phone or computer.
  2. Meeting with a Specialist Clinical Psychologist
    In the first appointment, you will meet with a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist who specializes in ADHD assessment. They will guide you through the respected Conners2 and QbCheck assessments. These tools are widely recognized and FDA-cleared, providing a comprehensive understanding of your symptoms and cognitive functioning.
  3. Results and Diagnosis Explanation
    During the third appointment, the Clinical Psychologist will share the results of your assessment and explain your clinical presentation. Drawing on the evidence gathered, they will discuss whether a diagnosis of ADHD is appropriate. A comprehensive diagnostic report will be provided, along with a letter to your GP.
  4. Post-Diagnostic Psychoeducational Session
    After the diagnosis is confirmed, you will have a fourth appointment. This 1-hour session will focus on psychoeducation, providing valuable information and strategies to help you understand and manage your ADHD-related difficulties. You are welcome to discuss any other concerns you have during this session.

Cost and Booking

The cost for the ADHD assessment with our specialized Clinical Psychologist is £1,150.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of £180 is required. This fee confirms your commitment and helps us allocate the necessary resources for your assessment.
