Neurodiversity Support

We embrace and celebrate neurodiversity, recognizing the diverse ways in which individuals process information and experience the world. Our team is committed to promoting neurodiversity acceptance and fostering an inclusive environment that respects each person's unique characteristics and abilities.

Trauma-Informed Interventions

Our Therapy Centre offers trauma-informed interventions to help individuals heal and recover from past traumatic experiences. Our team is trained in evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to guide individuals through the healing process and restore a sense of safety and control in their lives.

Sensory Regulation

Understanding the importance of sensory experiences in daily life, our occupational therapists provide sensory regulation techniques to help individuals manage their sensory processing challenges. Whether it's overstimulation or under-responsiveness to sensory input, our team will work closely with individuals to develop coping strategies and create sensory-friendly environments.

Client-Centered Care

Above all, we prioritize client-centered care. We listen to our clients, respect their unique perspectives, and involve them in decision-making throughout their therapeutic journey.
